Media Usage & Policies

1. Usage License

Northern Core Media grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use all delivered photo and video content for marketing and promotional purposes related to:

• The specific property listing

• The client’s real estate business and personal branding

Media may not be resold, transferred, sub-licensed, or provided to third parties without prior written permission.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Builders

• Stagers

• Other agents

• Marketing companies

• Third-party vendors

2. Ownership

All media produced by Northern Core Media remains the intellectual property and copyright of Northern Core Media.

The client is granted usage rights, not ownership.

3. Delivery Timeline

Standard turnaround time for photo and video delivery is:

Within 2 business days after the shoot

Delivery times may vary depending on:

• Project size

• Weather conditions

• Scheduling factors

Clients will be notified if additional time is required.

4. Portfolio & Marketing Use

Northern Core Media reserves the right to use all media created for:

• Portfolio display

• Website content

• Social media

• Marketing and promotional purposes

If a client requires confidentiality or restricted usage, this must be agreed upon in writing prior to the shoot.

5. Disclaimer

Northern Core Media provides high-quality marketing content designed to enhance listing presentation.

However, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

• Property sales

• Buyer engagement

• Listing performance

Results depend on multiple factors outside of our control, including pricing, market conditions, and agent strategy.

6. Privacy

We may collect basic contact information, including:

• Name

• Email address

• Phone number

This information is used solely for:

• Communication

• Scheduling

• Service delivery

Northern Core Media does not sell or share personal information with third parties.

7. Terms of Service

By booking services with Northern Core Media, the client agrees to:

• Pricing and service details provided at time of booking

• Delivery timelines

• Media usage and licensing terms outlined above
